Adult Learn to Ride

Has it been a while since you rode your bike? Or maybe you always wanted to learn to ride, but never got around to it? Don't let age get in your way!

Join AARP, the City of Eugene Recreation, and Safe Routes to School for an adult Learn2Ride workshop and explore options to get you back on the bike trail.

You’ll learn about PeaceHealth Rides bikeshare, and adaptive cycling, and join us for hands-on learning.

Bikes and helmets will be available if you don't have one. But, if you have one, bring your bike and helmet, and don't forget to bring a friend!

Shift Community Cycles will be on hand to perform helmet fittings and safety checks on all bikes brought from home.

This event is open to all. You don't have to be an AARP member to attend. Register at https://events.aarp.org/Learn2Ride or call 877-926-8300
