“Better Eugene-Springfield Transportation (BEST) would like to invite you to the first-ever Third Thursday Bike Happy Hour this Thursday, 8/15 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Moke's Coffee & Kitchen on 13th Avenue & High Street. Though this week's event has no guest speaker, we are hoping to incorporate this aspect in future events. Apologies if you have already received this message as we attempt to get the word out far and wide!

Bike Happy Hour is meant to be a time to drop in (no pressure to stay the whole time), meet your community, talk about all things bicycle and/or active transportation-adjacent (walking, transit, etc.), and build connections while doing so. It's also a great time to share information about all of the wonderful programs, organizations, and opportunities that our local transportation ecosystem has to offer.

Moke's Coffee & Kitchen has separately announced that customers arriving by bike between 2:00 - 9:00 PM on Thursdays and Fridays will receive 10% off their order.”
