Dates: This class is offered monthly in February - April. 4 class sessions will spent making one-of-a-kind art pieces from bike parts.

All classes are on Tuesdays from 3:30 PM - 5 PM at Shift Community Cycles (811 W 6th Ave).

• February: 4, 11, 18, 25

• March: 4, 11, 18, April 1 (no class during the week of spring break!).

• April: 8, 15, 22, 29

What to Expect: Use parts of unusable donated bikes to create artistic pieces as gifts, or for your own use. Upcycling keeps parts out of the landfill for a more sustainable environment. Examples include: jewelry and bags made of bike tubes, wreaths made of wheels, sculptures, bike or coat racks made of handlebars…the possibilities are endless!

Ages: 8 - 18.
